Jim is a "seasoned" Business Coach - with experience of owning a Business Counseling franchise for 14 years, 3 years as a Six Disciplines Certified Coach Strategic Planning, and 11 years as an EMyth Certified Coach. Jim is uniquely qualified to advise, consult, guide, mentor and coach business owners and their leadership teams.
The coaching begins with an onboarding process - assessing your personal goals personal values, principles, priorities and objectives before we begin the coaching program. Next, we dig a bit deeper into the key elements of what your business strategy should look like – including SWOT analysis, annual planning, and a review of your strategic documents. We will discuss a basic overview of your company financial reporting system, before we dive into more advanced areas such as financial analysis, cashflow, budgeting, and forecasting. As a business owner myself for 45 years, I know a thing or two about the financial side of things.

When it comes to the people in your business, there's usually a need to upgrade recruitment, hiring, training, and retention systems.
