There are 8 specific sessions that will be covered in the program:
This session will focus on what it means to be a leader. After all, leaders are not born, they’re made. You’ll learn about the purpose of leadership development, and how you can gain that slight edge to be a better leader than your competition.
This session will prioritize time management, with the goal of using better time management to improve your results. This includes appreciating the true value of your time, other people’s time, and maximizing all of this for your organization’s benefit.
This session focuses on authority and discipline. Here, you’ll learn all about how to approach accountability as a leader, both for others and yourself, explore various positive approaches to discipline and corrective action.
This session is all about the art of delegation. As a leader, learning how to effectively delegate means walking the fine line between trying to do everything yourself and delegating too much.
This session puts communication in the spotlight. As a leader, it’s your responsibility to engage in effective communication with people. I’ll show you what this looks like, how you can improve communication skills, and how to overcome barriers that can hold you back.
This session will focus on motivating others. Different people become motivated in different ways, and as a leader you need to figure out how to get the best out of people for the greater good. This session will show you what effective motivation can look like.
This session looks at preventing and solving problems as a leader. Even the best leaders deal with problems that end up needing to be solved. I’ll talk you through how you can prevent as many problems as possible, and how to deal with issues when they do arise.
This session will, lastly, be dedicated to developing the potential of others. As a leader, the productivity and development of your people is your responsibility, but not every aspiring leader knows how to get the best from others. This is exactly what we’ll tackle in this final session.
